Month/Day of Coordination

Your wedding day is one of the best days of your life and we want to make sure all of the logistics are taken care of. All of the little details will be handled and ran smoothly. We are here to be your "right hand women" and delegate all aspects of the wedding day, ensuring you have a relaxing and memorable wedding celebration.  

 

Includes:

 

  • Unlimited email and phone contact

  • 2 meetings (Initial meeting and 4 weeks prior to wedding)

  • Etiquette and protocol advice

  • Customized timeline for the day of wedding

  • Rehearsal Coordination 

  • 6 Hours of Coordination Time

  • Confirming vendor details and times of arrival/delivery times

  • Assist bride & groom, wedding party and immediate family

  • Assist in setting up ceremony and reception venue (Lighting candles, last minute details, etc)

  • Organization of the processional and recessional

  • Coordinate with MC for introductions, first dance, toast, cake cutting, etc.

  • Distribute final payments & tips to vendors

  • Emergency Kit on hand
